I hereby waive and release (Evelyne H. Fox) dba, Albuquerque Kanine Kollege, its proprietor, employees,
and agents from any and all liabilities for injuries or damages which I or my dog may suffer, including but
not limiting, any damage or injury resulting from the action of any dog, and I assume the risk
of damage or injury while attending any training session of Albuquerque Kanine Kollege,
including Agility, which ever location it will be held.

Refund Policy:
The class has to be paid prior to start, attendance is "first pay, first serve". When the class is full, and I haven't received your payment in time, you missed out. But there will be another class soon.
Do to the fact that classes at Albuquerque Kanine Kollege are limited so that you and your dog get all the attention that is necessary, you will need to notify me, in writing 7 days prior to the first class to receive a refund. Once the classes have started, there will be no refund.
